Spiders Crawling on Head Halloween Mask

Horror Halloween Mask

This is one of the more bizarre, creepy and scary Halloween masks I've seen. You just don't even want to look at this once you've taken your first glance.

Those spiders around the eyes, ears and mouth are just gross.

But what I think really makes this Halloween horror mask is the extended neck, which gives it more of a feel of authenticity. Don't worry about being noticed or different on Halloween if you wear a mask like this; you'll definitely get attention.

Great Horror Halloween Mask

Horror Halloween Mask

Now that Halloween's creeping up on us, it's time to show you some of the great Halloween masks out there, and I'll be putting some up off and on over the next few weeks to get you inspired and generate some ideas to get you noticed at your Halloween party.

This mask is obviously very professionally made, and really gives you the creeps when you look at it for a while.

Everything from the way the hair is on his head to the chewed up ear, and of course the best: the hanging eyeball. Go up behind someone with this and you'll see them give out a good scream or yell.

Horror | Evil Possessed Baby Figure

Horror

Whoever designed this evil-looking baby figure really got it right for what they were trying to do, as the LED eyes which light up red, along with the spinning head make this a very creepy object, as you can see.

How it works is when you walk by the evil baby figure, the head spins around and and eyes light up while making haunting noises.

You can see this sitting on the front of someone's doors as children come to visit for Halloween and scaring the daylights out of them.

Bizarre Art - Taxidermy Horrors

Bizarre Art
Talk about strange and weird, take a look at these odd taxidermy creations depicting something unknown except to the designer.

They really had a creative side, and the simple and effective additions to the original bodies of the animals and fish sure make an interesting image.

Even though it's not as weird as the fish one, I do like the bottom taxidermy photo the best.

For some reason it just seems to remind you of a cliche, even with the different head.

Horror Gothic Zombie Photos

Horror Gothic Fashion Photo Shoot

Here are some pretty interesting and dark photos from a fashion shoot which was evidently made for horror fans.

It displays a woman who seems to be battling zombies and/or the undead for herself and her soul.

The pale skin cover of the male zombie models is very effective and the look of the woman under attack is fantastic as well.

This was done by fashion photographer Jean-François Campos for Flair Magazine near the end of 2008.

Appropriately the photo spread was named 'Gotica.' For more goth fashion zombie photos go here.

Tattoos | Killer Hamster Tattoo

Tattoos

This was a pretty cool tattoo, and one I haven't seen before. How about this killer hamster holding a severed finger looking about to chew on it?

Now who would have thought of getting that inked on them?

I guess it shows you can't even trust a hamster these days.

Horror Props to Freak Out Colleagues

Horror

For the discerning horror geek, here we have the accessories to satisfy the gore lovers everywhere.

You can buy these in a set place them strategically across your desk to either remind your colleagues you're dangerous to deal with, or what is in store for all of us as the virus spreads.

These are actually made for arm rests for the power computer user.

One possible other use would be to share it with others before they get to their desks in the morning. That would be fun to see the reactions of the unaware.

Vampires | Cool Two-Eyed Girl Vampire Poster

Vampire Poster

This poster is a good lesson to all the guys. Just because you see a cute girl from behind wearing pigtails, doesn't mean she's safe.

It gets worse though. Not only does she have a good pair of vampire fangs, but when she bites you you have to look at those two different colored eyes. Talk about adding insult to injury.

That'll teach ya not to come with protection. Hehe.

Oh well, I really do like the pretty girl. I nominate her for the girl vampire next door! Anyone agree?

Vampires

At least my home girl vampire in the photo below is right up front with it.

Horror | Macabre Paintings of Matthew Bone and Brian Viveros

Horror

In an exhibit named "Southern" at The Last Rites Gallery in New York, Brian Viveros and Matthew Bone displayed their horror paintings' exhibit based on their love of the horror genre.

According to Matthew Bones, his work was inspired by the French horror film "Inside," which I've included a trailer of below.

As you can see from the paintings, there is a dark ad macabre element in the works, definitely underscoring the dark side of the sense of horror that always seems to be just outside our consciousness. There is a haunting feeling to the work, as you can see.
