One thing about the Japanese, when it comes to anime, and Halloween anime at that, they can do the cosplay thing as good as anybody, as these interesting costumes reveal.

This is a very cool Halloween monster costume that get a lot of attention, as it's not just scary looking, but is very unique, and would go great at any Halloween party.

It reminds me a little of those strange guy in the first episode of Star Wars that were scheming behind the scenes, and which the Jedi's approached near the beginning of the story, and were shown throughout the story.

Either way, pretty neat and bizarre monster halloween costume.

Really though, this is a cute couple, and that green army guy is a great Halloween costume. Of course the question is: is that a real costume or an enlarged photo? Looks like he's standing on air to me. Fun either way.

Dang. I know I'm getting a little older when I wax nostalic about a Pac Man Halloween costume. This is really a funny and great costume, although I'm afraid you won't be sitting down anywhere for the night. But that's the cost of getting a 3-D type costume and being cool on Halloween night.

Come on! You can take it! The sore feet in the morning will be worth the laughs and oohs and ahs of everyone responding to your costume.

How cool is this vampire-in-a-coffin Halloween costume? When I first looked at this vampire Halloween costume, I thought the guy was lying down. But at second glance I realized he was standing up in the coffin costume.

You can see all types of things you could do at a Halloween party like this, where you could sit against a wall, or stand somewhere where people will walk by and get startled when they get their first look at you. What fun!

Probably the biggest problem would be for the woman wearing the nail costume, as there would be no way to sit down anywhere while remaining in the outfit. Better have a good pair of shoes to keep your feet from getting soar.
